Years from now, when you or your family look for past photos, where will you find them?  Will your current choices of social media still be there and will you remember your passwords?  One device or hard drive crash at home and, poof, they will be gone. 

We have gotten out of the habit of printing photos and we may be losing a generation of memories.  I believe it is important to have those images safeguarded in some durable form for long cherished keepsakes.

When shooting sports events, I aim to capture those fleeting moments in time, where you were at your best: bat on ball, the winning goal, the big tackle, the killer pass catch or plowing through the line for a sack, slamming the ball, swishing the 3 pointer.  Capturing those moments is what I aim for at every sporting event.  I grew up playing sports and love to watch and try to capture those unique moments in time. I honed my skills at sports photography as the team photographer for my children’s sports as they grew up.

When I create portraits, I like to capture the twinkle in the eye, the smile that lights up the room, and even the posture or looks that are uniquely yours.
